c. Blockchain and DAO Participation Data

When participating in Nakhti Order’s DAO or token-based programs, we may collect:

  • Wallet address or public blockchain identifiers (non-custodial)

  • Staking or participation data (not linked to personal identity beyond your account)

Nakhti does not store private keys, passwords, or seed phrases. You remain solely responsible for your digital wallets.

Nakhti Order uses collected information for purposes consistent with our mission and community integrity, including:

  • To provide educational and community services

  • To process donations, membership fees, and token transactions

  • To verify membership eligibility

  • To improve website functionality and user experience

  • To protect the integrity and security of the Nakhti Order community

We do not sell, trade, or rent user information to third parties.

Certain levels of Nakhti Order and Nakhti University require membership verification.

4. Donations and Financial Data

All donations and payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal or official DAO wallets).
Nakhti Order does not retain full credit card or banking information.
Donor information may be used for issuing digital receipts, transparency reporting, or thanking contributors.

Nakhti retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived for recordkeeping purposes consistent with DAO transparency.

Nakhti Order may share limited data in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: For website management, analytics, or secure payment processing.

We do not sell, lease, or share user data for marketing purposes.

Because Nakhti Order operates partly on decentralized technologies, certain transaction details (e.g., wallet addresses, transfers, and staking events) users are encouraged to use pseudonymous wallet addresses to preserve privacy.
