The Department of Governance and Civic Affairs at Nakhti University is dedicated to cultivating visionary global leaders equipped to elevate societal structures to a higher vibration of truth, justice, and fairness. The curriculum offers a dynamic and integrative approach to the study of civic and governmental systems, encompassing the affairs of the city, esoteric politics, constitutional studies, foreign and international policy, political strategy and consultation, as well as engagement with consortiums and high societies. This unique fusion of disciplines is designed to transcend conventional political education by fostering enlightened governance and reimagining what politics should look like in a just and awakened world. With a commitment to good governance rooted in higher principles, the department prepares students to actively participate in and reshape world governments toward a more equitable and spiritually attuned global order.

Admiral Spheres (Federal) - 9 Years

Term Limit: Members of the Admiral sphere (Chief and Queen Mother) serve for 9 years. This longer term allows for continuity in national policies and international representation, as the Admiral Branch oversees long-term strategy and governance for the Nakhti Order.

Eligibility for Re-Election: They may serve a maximum of two 9-year terms if re-elected in a public vote or extended through a special election.

Upper House (State Level) - 6 Years

Term Limit: Members of the Upper House (Council of Elders, Council of Queen Mothers, and Council of Formidable Men) serve 6-year terms. This medium-length term is suitable for state-level leaders who balance continuity with responsiveness to regional needs.

Eligibility for Re-Election: Members may serve up to three consecutive 6-year terms if re-elected or chosen in a special election by public demand.

Blaque House (Local Level) - 3 Years

Term Limit: Leaders in the Blaque House (City Commander, Local Council) serve 3-year terms. This shorter term allows for frequent engagement with local constituents, as city-level leaders address daily community needs.


Eligibility for Re-Election: They can serve up to four consecutive 3-year terms if re-elected, with the potential for extension through a special election based on public support.
