Welcome to Nakhti Order and Nakhti University (“Nakhti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, educational services, digital assets, and associated materials (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any Nakhti website or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Organizational Nature

Nakhti Order is an independent educational and social governance organization operating through decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) principles and community-based economics. Membership, participation, and engagement are voluntary and subject to the guidelines below. Nakhti Order is not a government entity, financial institution, or healthcare provider.

2. Educational and Informational Purpose

All information, courses, and content provided through Nakhti University or Nakhti Order platforms are for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees of outcomes, including financial, health, or personal results.
Services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Membership Requirements

Certain areas of Nakhti Order, including higher-level educational programs, research groups, and governance participation, require verified membership.

• Membership applications are non-invasive and used solely to confirm suitability and alignment with Nakhti’s values.

• Membership may be revoked for violations of ethics, dishonesty, or abuse of community resources.

• Members agree to uphold the principles of sovereignty, truth, integrity, and non-exploitation.

• There are no oaths, secrecy requirements, or forced commitments; all participation is voluntary.

 

4. Donations and Contributions

Nakhti Order accepts voluntary donations through PayPal, our official donation portal, and other listed payment methods.

• Donations are non-refundable and used to fund Nakhti University’s construction, educational programs, research, spiritual centers, and technological infrastructure.

• Recurring donations (monthly or annual) can be canceled by the donor at any time.

• Nakhti Order is not a registered 508(c)(1) nonprofit at this time, and donations may not be tax-deductible. We do plan to get that status soon. 

• Financial transparency reports are published periodically to show how donations are allocated.

 

5. Investments and Token Participation

Nakhti Order utilizes DAO-based and tokenized systems (such as the Nakhti Order Token and Nakhti University Coin) to promote decentralized governance and funding.

• Token participation or staking is not a promise of financial return and is subject to market conditions and deflationary tokenomics.

• All participants must perform their own due diligence before contributing.

• Nakhti Order is not liable for losses due to market volatility, exchange errors, or participant mismanagement.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Nakhti Order websites—including but not limited to text, images, videos, lectures, code, logos, and design—is the intellectual property of Nakhti Order or its respective content creators.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any content without written permission.

• Limited sharing for educational or personal use is allowed with proper attribution.

• Unauthorized commercial use, plagiarism, or misrepresentation of Nakhti intellectual property will result in legal action.

 

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, defamatory, or harmful activity on Nakhti platforms.

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any DAO or digital infrastructure.

• Impersonate Nakhti leadership, faculty, or members.

• Disseminate false information about the organization.

Nakhti reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these rules.

8. Indemnification

By using Nakhti Order websites and Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nakhti Order, its affiliates, founders, directors, and members from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of Nakhti Services.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Any dispute between you and another user or third party.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Nakhti Order shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our Services;

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;

• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill;

• Technical or operational interruptions.

All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

10. Privacy

Nakhti Order respects your privacy and does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Any data collected through applications, forms, or communications is used solely to improve the member experience and ensure community integrity.

Nakhti Order websites may include links to third-party websites or services. Nakhti Order is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external entities. Accessing third-party platforms is at your own risk.

 

12. Modification of Terms

Nakhti Order reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of G.I.A, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Nakhti Order’s internal policies.
