Student Freedom Program
The Freedom Fund at Nakhti University, sponsored by the Nakhti Order, is a rapid-response support initiative designed to remove immediate financial barriers that interfere with student success. The program provides short-term, targeted financial assistance to students whose educational progress may be impacted by temporary financial hardship. This program provides grants of up to $1,000 to assist with expenses while students attend classes, complete coursework, or participate in required academic activities.
What you can use the program for?
The Freedom Fund is intentionally dignified and student-centered, addressing essential needs Eligible uses include, but are not limited to:
• Textbooks and required academic materials
• Laptops and learning technology
• Childcare and babysitting expenses
• Transportation
By addressing these practical and time-sensitive challenges, the Freedom Fund supports academic continuity, family stability, and long-term educational attainment, particularly for students balancing education with work, caregiving, or economic constraints.
Student Freedom Application Process
The Freedom Fund application process is intentionally streamlined and designed to minimize administrative burden.
Step 1: Submit an Application
Applicants may apply by:
• Completing the online Freedom Fund application through the Financial Aid section of the Nakhti University website, or
• Emailing support@nakhtiuniversity.com to request access to the application or schedule a virtual consultation.
Step 2: Provide Required Documentation
Applicants must submit:
• Proof of current enrollment at Nakhti University
• Proof of membership in Nakhti Order
• A brief written statement describing the specific need (e.g., books, laptop, childcare)
• Supporting documentation where applicable (invoice, estimate, childcare cost verification, or similar)
Step 3: Review & Determination
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by authorized program administrators. Decisions are communicated promptly once verification is complete.
